November 14, 2024 Drew Potts with Pro Plumbing came out to replace the anode rod in the hot water heater. Apparently the one installed by the manufacturer AO Smith was just a magnesium rod that corroded in a matter of months. Thankful that Drew was so kind & helpful. My dogs even liked him. Highly recommend. This review is for the consult & inspection. Terry was very kind & thorough. He went over everything really well & tried to make it affordable for us. I'll update after we get the unit up & running. Update 9/17. Friendly crew went above and beyond what we expected I'm installing the hvac & water heater.

Communication ahead of my home appointment was clear and frequent. Kenny was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about solutions for my electrical and HVAC projects, and provided options with consideration of the total costs when building out a quote. I had all my work scoped out and priced before he left, along with financing options to consider. Would highly recommend.

I filled out a form on Duke power for recommendations for a plumber. Pro-plumbing rrsponded the next day & arranged for someone to come with-in a few days. Trent kept me informed when he would very able to come to house since the time I was given was 2-5p.m. He wore protectors over his shoes before entering the home. He listened to my concerns & some of the things I'd like a quote for. He did a most excellent job. This part of the service is why I'm giving a 5 ☆ review. However to pull up the toilet and send an auger down was going to be around $700......and that's not counting if that didn't work. To investigate further would be additional cost. I recommend if you need a free consultation then contact them bc what you may need may be a different price point.

Terry came at the designated appointment time. He was efficient in examining our current system then provided us several options for upgrading our system. He explained the additional services available and how they might enhance our home We liked that he provided professional guidance and info but was not ‘a heavy handed salesperson’. We were very impressed and appreciated his assistance in deciding what is best for our home. I would highly recommend ProService

Michael Craddock is by far our favorite technician. He’s kind and patient with explaining an issue. He works very hard to find the issue and solve the problem. He is extremely professional and engaging. He will definitely be whom we request if an issue is present in our home.

Timely and kind, Justin was careful to watch my fan blades while opening my attic to look at my furnace. It stopped working and I called Pro Plumbing and received service the same day, 2/24/25. He was able to determine the cause and fixed me right up. This was my first service call since the unit was installed almost a year ago. I always get friendly service over the phone and now matching repair service.

So far, not sure if I can leave a good review. They came out several times because my heating that was recently installed is not working properly. They are very nice, but my electrical bill went up instead of down after installing a much more energy efficient and more expensive system. Communication is tricky, but I know companies have been busy because of the new freon. Supposedly the issue is fixed now, as they said they accidentally programmed something wrong at the thermostat, how it behaves using the heatstrips...I hope so, if so the star rating will go up, if not it would have to be down:(
